With the doubling valuation of Airtable at $11 billion since 2021, Airtable has announced yesterday that it will now start building its presence in Europe by opening their first international head quarters in London. Their appointed vice president, Tony Cheema, has held leadership roles at tech firms Oracle and Datadog.  They are hiring 70 staff for their Shoreditch office this year.

This comes as no surprise as Airtable's productivity tools have been further boosted by the shift to remote work during the pandemic, and Airtable was recently valued at more than $11 billion in December, nearly double its valuation in 2021.
